Job Description

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Compliance Manager to join our client’s team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing compliance activities, governance processes, management systems, and regulatory alignment across the organisation. This role focuses on ensuring operational compliance, maintaining certifications, supporting audit readiness, and driving continuous improvement across the business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ISO management systems, operational governance, and compliance reporting within structured and regulated environments.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Oversee and maintain management systems and certifications including ISO standards and regulatory frameworks
• 
  Lead internal and external audits while ensuring corrective actions are implemented and tracked effectively
• 
  Monitor compliance processes, operational procedures, and governance standards across departments
• 
  Support risk assessments, policy reviews, compliance reporting, and operational improvements
• 
  Coordinate compliance documentation, digital systems, records, and executive reporting activities

Key Requirements:

• 
  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in management systems, compliance, or certification environments
• 
  ISO Internal Auditor Certification is mandatory; ISO Lead Auditor certification is considered an asset
• 
  Strong knowledge of audit preparation, corrective actions, and operational governance processes
• 
  Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills with strong attention to detail
• 
  Experience using ERP systems, workflow platforms, or digital compliance tools is preferred
