In this role, you will focus on key compliance areas:

• Implement, develop, and support management systems such as ISMS and QMS
• Research, implement, and support privacy requirements (GDPR or other)
• Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements
• Lead audits to identify risks, non-compliance, and improvement opportunities
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess risks and conduct regular risk assessments
• Develop and manage compliance training programs for employees
• Investigate and resolve complex compliance requests and complaints
• Implement automation for compliance processes

Qualifications

• IT background or experience in the IT industry
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance or related roles
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 27000, ISO 9001, and EU GDPR
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
• Experience in passing external certifications
• Proficiency in standard office software, especially Excel
• Strong document management skills
• Accurate record-keeping abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced analytical and research skills
• Experience in employee training

WILL BE A PLUS

• Experience with NestJS and/or Turborepo
• Familiarity with monorepo environments (pnpm or similar)
• AWS expertise
