What will you be doing?

  • As a Compliance Manager, you’ll oversee client assignments and drive key compliance initiatives across our portfolio, ensuring high-quality, tailored solutions. A typical day in this role includes: Project Excellence: deliver high-quality results that meet client needs, exceed expectations, and adhere to best practices and industry standards
  • Continuous Improvement Identify and implement enhancements in compliance processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness through digital solutions.
  • Client Guidance Act as a trusted advisor to clients, steering them through complex compliance landscapes and guiding the implementation of the latest compliance technologies.
  • Team Leadership Mentor and develop junior consultants, sharing your expertise and empowering them to excel.
  • Industry Expertise Stay up to date on the latest compliance trends and regulations, and share insights with both your team and clients to enhance BDO's value proposition.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Proven Compliance Leadership 5+ years in compliance, with experience in leading projects and/or managing teams.
  • Analytical Strength Strong attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them effectively.
  • Digital Proficiency Experience with compliance tools and a willingness to leverage digital solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Languages Fluent in Dutch, French, and English for seamless client and team communication.
  • Educational Background Master’s degree in a relevant field; additional compliance certifications are a plus.
