About the Role

We're seeking an experienced
Compliance & Investigations Specialist
to conduct independent investigations into potential violations of client agreements and company policies. In this project-based role, you'll review high-risk cases, gather and analyze evidence, assess compliance risk, and support leadership with objective recommendations.

This role combines strong analytical thinking with research skills, focusing on solving complex compliance challenges and evidence evaluation. You'll work independently on critical cases where judgment is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Conduct independent investigations into high-risk cases assigned by leadership
• 
  Gather, review, and analyze documentation, communications, and evidence from multiple sources
• 
  Perform targeted research using LinkedIn, social media, public records, and online tools
• 
  Conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders (employees, contractors, clients) as needed
• 
  Develop investigative findings and objective recommendations based on evidence analysis
• 
  Prepare written reports summarizing facts, conclusions, risk assessments, and escalation recommendations
• 
  Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential case documentation
• 
  Identify trends, patterns, and recurring compliance risks across cases
• 
  Recommend process improvements and support risk mitigation efforts
• 
  Utilize technology and AI-assisted research tools to improve investigative efficiency
