Job:

To support Porsche Retail Group's Compliance function in the performance of its day-to-day oversight, governance and administrative duties.

This is a Placement Year position for a candidate currently studying an Undergraduate degree at university, seeking a placement for their third year. The role will commence in August 2027. Please ensure that you have read and understood the requirements of the role before applying.

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery and continuous improvement of compliance management processes across the business.
• Manage the Compliance Helpdesk, responding to and resolving compliance-related queries in a timely manner.
• Assist with the investigation, resolution, and reporting of compliance, GDPR, and data privacy incidents.
• Support adherence to FCA regulations, legislation, internal directives, and company policies.
• Coordinate compliance training activities, including event administration, attendance tracking, and stakeholder support.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports, presentations, regulatory updates, and communications.
• Support key compliance processes, including risk assessments, monitoring, business partner checks, KYC, and gift management.
• Maintain compliance records, documentation, intranet content, and general administrative activities.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams, internal stakeholders, and Porsche AG colleagues on compliance initiatives.
• Take meeting minutes, track actions, and support follow-up activities where required.
• Utilise Microsoft Office and internal systems to create engaging compliance communications and training materials.
• Promote a positive compliance culture by acting as a key point of contact and compliance ambassador across the business.

Requirements

Minimum Experience/ Skills:

• Studying an analytical and/or research-oriented degree.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills, with a genuine interest in Compliance, Risk Management, and Anti-Money Laundering.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Positive, resilient, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Experience/ Skills:

• Problem solving skills with the confidence to seek resolutions;
• Shows initiative and a strong willingness to learn, proactively recognising risks and seeking guidance from colleagues or managers to ensure effective resolutions.
• Confidence to work with Business Directors and Senior Management teams;
• Strong verbal and written research, analytical and communication skills;
• Full Driving Licence.
