
The Compliance and Audits Leader is responsible for auditing the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s compliance and execution of programs. This role ensures adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best ethical practices.
Experience in auditing cross functional processes.
Ability to write in-depth reports and correspondence.
Ability to communicate effectively before groups of customers or employees of Nabors.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to engage across multiple levels of the organization.
