We’re looking for a Compliance Executive to join our Gibraltar based team and take ownership of compliance activity with a primary focus on the Italian market.This is a varied role with real responsibility and visibility across the business, where no two days are the same.
You’ll support compliance activity across multiple areas of the business, working closely with teams across operations, safer gambling, fraud, tech, product and more. Alongside this, you’ll act as the key point of ownership for Italy within the team, helping ensure we continue to meet regulatory and licensing requirements while supporting the wider business in a practical and collaborative way.
This role would suit someone who has experience working within a regulated or compliance focused environment, but not necessarily within a traditional compliance role. You may have gained exposure through areas such as safer gambling, AML, fraud, operations, tech, project management or other gaming related environments.
What matters most is that you’re proactive, organised, a strong communicator and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
You’ll be joining a small but supportive team where you’ll have the opportunity to learn, develop and gain exposure across multiple areas of compliance and the wider business.
• Supporting day to day compliance activity across the wider business
• Taking ownership of Italian market compliance responsibilities
• Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams
• Supporting policies, processes and regulatory requirements
• Assisting with compliance documentation, reporting and licensing activity
• Liaising with regulators, external partners and third party providers where required
• Supporting compliance related projects and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly in a fast moving environment
• Exposure to working in a regulated or compliance focused environment
• Strong communication, networking and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive self starter who is comfortable working independently
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
• A collaborative approach and confidence working with different areas of the business
• Someone who is adaptable, curious and comfortable in a changing environment
• Experience within gaming or online gambling would be a plus
• Italian language skills would be beneficial, but are not essential
• Exposure to areas such as AML, Safer Gambling, Fraud, KYC or regulatory processes would be advantageous
