Desired Qualifications & Competencies
Education & credentials
Bachelor’s degreerequired(Finance/Accounting preferred). Advanced degree (MBA, MS) and/or accounting qualification (CPA, CMA)stronglypreferred.
Experience
Minimum ~10years of relevant finance, auditing,or accounting experience;demonstrableexperience supporting or leadingsignificant transformation preferred.
Experience in shared services / SSC or working with BPO partners
Leading an organization in meeting SOX 404 Controls & Testing and/ or assessing and evaluating financial risk and risk remediation and mitigation.
Technical skills
Strong understanding ofSOX 404 Controls
Solid understanding of accounting standards and SOX/compliance implications for transactions.
Proficiencyin Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP or similar ERPs preferred.
Project/program management skills (planning, risk management, stakeholder governance).
Behavioral & leadership skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication; ability to present to senior leadership.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams under tight deadlines and ambiguity.

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
