The Director of Compliance is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing Ketjen’s global ethics and compliance program. This includes ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards, while embedding a strong culture of integrity across the organization.
This role will leverage and integrate Albemarle’s established compliance infrastructure into Ketjen’s operations to strengthen overall compliance capabilities. The position serves as a strategic business partner to leadership, is located in Ketjen's Clear Lake (Houston, TX office), and reports to the General Counsel.
