The Compliance Coordinator supports risk, asset protection, and environmental health & safety (EHS) compliance by managing video evidence, responding to legal and law enforcement requests, and ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance auditing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review, retrieve, and retain video footage to support legal matters, general liability, workers' compensation, and asset protection
- Process and fulfill video review requests from field leaders in a timely manner
- Coordinate responses to law enforcement inquiries, subpoenas, and other legal requests
- Process and support property damage and liability claims, ensuring complete and accurate documentation
- Partner with General Liability to maintain incident documentation and records retention
- Coordinate with Facilities to retain documentation related to preventive maintenance and equipment repairs
- Support environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance, including incident reporting, regulatory documentation, compliance audits, and safety training coordination
- Assist with EHS audits, inspections, and training programs
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Experience in EHS compliance, risk management, claims, employee relations, or asset protection
- Familiarity with OSHA or regulatory reporting requirements
- Experience with CCTV/video evidence handling
- Exposure to law enforcement or legal request processes
Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions
- Remote work environment with extended computer use
- Frequent review of video footage and digital documentation
