The Central Review Compliance Coordinator ensures Classic Collision operates within carrier guidelines, OE standards, and internal compliance procedures. This role requires accuracy in estimate review, attention to detail, and a commitment to eliminating leakage and errors. The Compliance Coordinator is directly accountable for achieving monthly goals and objectives set by leadership, tied to DRP performance and TCOR improvement.
·Perform detailed compliance reviews of estimates, ensuring alignment with OE requirements and DRP guidelines.
·Monitor and audit company procedures and practices to ensure estimate compliance.
·Support the Central Review Director in reporting and goal attainment.
·Collaborate with Operations and locations to drive adherence to repair standards and eliminate errors.
·Identify gross profit improvement opportunities through estimate review and compliance analysis.
·Address compliance infractions in a timely and effective manner.
·Train and guide staff on repair procedures and compliance expectations.
·Utilize CCC as the standard reporting platform, minimizing manual reporting unless directly tied to enterprise value or monthly goals.
·Consistently hit monthly performance objectives established by the Central Review Director.
·Monthly Goal Achievement – Consistently meets or exceeds objectives set by the Central Review Director.
·DRP & TCOR Impact – Compliance reviews reduce leakage, protect margins, and improve DRP performance.
·Compliance Accuracy – 100% adherence to OE and carrier repair standards.
·Collaboration – Builds strong partnerships with Operations, supporting shop teams to deliver safe, quality repairs.
·Data-Driven Reporting – Reliance on CCC-based reporting; minimal manual reporting unless required for enterprise or performance tracking.
·Service Level – Achieves a 1-hour review time on assigned estimates to support timely shop and DRP performance.
·Strong estimating and repair procedure experience.
·Knowledge of OE requirements and Direct Repair Program guidelines.
·Experienced in repair center operations and insurance claims management.
·Understanding of industry challenges and operational detail.
·Minimum 5 years estimating experience.
·Proficient in CCC One and Mitchell estimating platforms, plus CCC One management system.
·Adept in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT).
·Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare reports and present findings.
