Compliance Consultant

$70,000–$80,000 + Full Benefits

Join a growing team supporting 70+ large-scale renewable energy projects from kickoff through close-out. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys driving compliance across complex projects.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client compliance needs
• Manage compliance activities across multiple active projects
• Review contractor documentation, payroll corrections, and coverage data
• Resolve prevailing wage issues and support audit readiness
• Partner with project managers and internal teams to ensure timelines are met
• Track compliance progress and provide clear reporting to clients and leadership

What You Bring

• Experience in compliance, project management, or regulatory environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with prevailing wage or government contracting (preferred)
