Compliance Clerk

Composed of Chromalox,
Durex Industries, Vulcanic, and Thermocoax businesses, Electrical Thermal
Solutions (ETS), part of Spirax Group, creates electrical process heating and
temperature management solutions, including industrial heaters and systems,
heat tracing, and a range of component technologies.

The Role:

As the Compliance Clerk, you will join our Durex Industries and support…Compliance and quality initiatives by maintaining accurate material documentation, verifying supplier certifications, and ensuring company products meet applicable regulatory and customer requirements. You will work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to monitor compliance, resolve documentation issues, and support audit readiness.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and review material compliance documentation and certifications.
  • Verify supplier compliance records (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, FDA, ISO, etc., as applicable)
  • Track and update compliance data in ERP or materials management systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, quality, engineering, and production teams to obtain required documentation.
    Support audits and compliance reviews.
  • Monitor regulatory changes that impact materials and products.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance-related discrepancies.
  • Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or associate degree (some employers may prefer a bachelor's degree).
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, or compliance administration.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements affecting materials and product
    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
  • Data entry and document control experience.
  • Knowledge of supply chain, materials management, or quality systems
    Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical documents and regulations


Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00
