Job

Summary:
The Compliance Billing Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the department. This position involves managing day-to-day tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with projects to ensure efficient departmental operations.
Job Goals:
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of invoices and required documentation.
- Support efficient daily operations.
- Assist in departmental projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:
- Process customer invoices per their requirements.
- Assist in preparing payment applications.
- Provide timely support in the processing of lien waivers.
- Assist in maintaining our extensive network of third-party billing portals.
- Provide a supporting role in processing certificate of insurance requests.
- Monitoring Compliance inboxes to ensure timely response to internal and external requests.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of clerical or administrative experience in an office environment.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing calculations, basic arithmetic, and understanding percentages as it relates to billing.
- Construction office experience, preferred.
- Current Ohio Notary, preferred.
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and working in a Microsoft Teams environment.
- Ability to learn and work within proprietary software.
- Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to display professionalism when communicating with customers and co-workers.
- Work effectively in a team environment, assisting others when needed.
