Location: 200 Fallon Rd., Stoneham, MA 02180

Travel Requirement: This position is based out of the Albany site but requires up to 60% travel to support operations at company locations in surrounding areas.

Shift: This role operates on a variable schedule with hours assigned according to business needs. Specific shifts and workdays are not guaranteed and may change based on operational priorities.

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $54,400 - $68,000, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $68,000 - $81,600. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Employment Logistics:

The primary purpose of this position is to enhance the Company’s ability to provide quality service to its customers by acting as a liaison between the operations personnel and vendors providing services on behalf of OnTrac. This role involves reducing Company’s exposure to certain liabilities by maintaining vendor contract compliance, therefore strengthening the company’s defensibility.

The Must-Haves:

  • Associate’s Degree or two years contract compliance and Vendor Relations-related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of both
  • Previous knowledge of transportation industry, preferred
  • A high level of analytical skills, project management and accounting experience
  • The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%

Your Mission in Motion:

  • Be the main point of contract regarding qualification needs for Regional Service Providers and other providers of transportation and delivery services.
  • Act as a liaison between the operations personnel and vendors providing services on behalf of the Company.
  • Assist in the prevention and resolution of various disputes between Company and Regional Service Providers and vendors.
  • Perform periodic inspections on all contractual compliance and qualification items relating to Insurance, DOT/FMCSA, Business Licenses, DMV Permits, etc.

Paving your way to your success:

  • Train and inform OnTrac personnel on both proper methods of communication with RSPs and assist with contract knowledge.
  • Heavy communication with both Operations and RSPs ensuring contract compliance; ensuring strong, legal business relationships.
  • Communicate all findings and recommend courses of action with appropriate individuals
  • The ability to function independently in a multi-tasked environment.

The salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base salary offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: Geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations.
