The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is zł98,000 - zł160,925 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. As a Compliance Associate, you will help safeguard Visa's payments ecosystem by identifying and assessing potential sanctions and financial crime risks. Using sanctions screening systems and other risk detection tools, you will investigate alerts, analyze customer and transaction activity, and determine when further escalation is required. The role focuses on ensuring sanctions compliance, supporting effective risk management, and escalating higher-risk cases for specialist investigation and SAR consideration where appropriate. You will work in a fast-paced operational environment where accuracy, sound judgement, and attention to detail are critical.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract position
The main focus of the position will be on identifying sanctions risks using sanctions screening software. All risks identified are then escalated for further investigation and SARs where relevant.
