Job Description

Associa is hiring a Compliance Assistant to support the team at a large-scale HOA community in Williamsburg.

A Compliance Assistant plays an active role in ensuring the community is well cared for. Specific responsibilities will include, documentation, data entry, generating reports, follow-up, and collaboration with homeowners and internal team.

Daily responsibilities:

• Meet and greet homeowners, engage with homeowners and build rapport.
• Walk and inspect community grounds and subdivisions from a list of items to inspect.
• Investigate homeowner complaints, violations, maintenance concerns, and community safety, code and compliance.
• Notate and document findings. Submit reports. Follow-up to ensure correction or maintenance repair was made.
• Follow-up and communicate with the GM, homeowners, committee and board members on findings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hourly pay rate: $21-$25.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• 2+ years of office, clerical, customer service, or administrative assistant experience.
• Customer service driven and team oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques.
• Attention to detail, organized, proactive communication style, strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Takes ownership and initiative. Works proactively.
• Well-versed in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
