Job title: Compliance Assistant - Italian speaking

Location: London

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for compliance issues
• Complaints coordinating
• Ensure compliance monitoring plan is on target
• Conflicts of interest policy/register review and ensure up-to-date
• Deal with TOBA issues/maintain TOBA register
• Ownership of risk register/updates
• Disseminating Compliance Information/Conduct Management Information to the Board
• Attend LIIBA/Lloyd’s/London Market training/seminars
• Ownership of Gift & Hospitality registers
• Due diligence of producing brokers
• Responsible for keeping Compliance Manual up-to-date
• Regulatory returns to FCA / FSMA
• Product Oversight Monitoring
• Monitor Insurer security ratings
• Internal Audit function
• Internal Risk Assessments
• Conducting compliance training for all staff
• SM&CR oversight/monitoring
• Training oversight/monitoring
• Ad Hoc Compliance requirements as and when required

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written)
