Location: Remote
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible start between 7am - 7pm GMT)
Hybrid: Work from home up to 3 days a week after training
Salary: 6500 - 9800 Rand per week

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Conducting compliance checks and maintaining accurate records

· Answering and resolving basic queries from clients, consultants, and candidates

· Identifying and escalating compliance issues where necessary

· Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with company policies

· Supporting the implementation of compliance procedures

· Communicating via phone and email with internal and external stakeholders

· Using Microsoft Office tools for administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

· Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

· Basic IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office

· A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow procedures
