Compliance & Risk Manager – Product Certification
UK/EU – homebased with some travel required

About the role
Our Compliance and Risk (C&R) team within Regulatory Services is looking for a Compliance and Risk Manager to support delivery of the internal audit programme for Product Certification.
Responsibilities
Ensure that procedures are appropriately developed and documented to ensure consistent service delivery compliant with standards and regulations
Support all aspects of external audits including the closure of any nonconformity raised during these audits to ensure continued accreditation and designation
Lead internal audits in the Regulatory Services business stream for compliance and risk according to the applicable standard
Maintain CAPA, Concessions, Impartiality, Appeals, Complaints, and other RS compliance processes – BMS maintenance and procedural compliance of all RS documentation
Provide advice to the business in the process of developing new and revised services and products taking cognisance of the risks to the business
Provide general advice and guidance to risks, technical, regulatory policy and procedural issues in relation to standards, regulations and quality management
Delivering training as and when required to encourage continuous quality improvement
Remain informed of certification, accreditation, and regulatory requirements
Any other duties required to support and develop the Regulatory Services Compliance & Risk Team
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Degree in relevant subject area or equivalent experience
Good knowledge of accreditation and regulatory requirements. Laboratory experience and understanding of the product certification landscape is desirable
Proven ability to influence at all levels within the business. Results oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
