Summary

The Compliance and Permitting Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all Renewal by Andersen HarborView operations adhere to relevant local, state, and federal regulations. This role involves obtaining necessary permits, maintaining compliance records, and coordinating with internal teams and regulatory agencies to support seamless project execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and permitting processes, with particular emphasis on South Carolina county permit processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-year Business Administration/college degree preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

· Understanding of various SC County permit processes preferred

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, permitting, or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and permit management software.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Strong understanding of permitting processes and regulatory requirements.

· Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external regulatory agencies.
