This role is essential in upholding safe operations, promoting a strong compliance culture and ensuring all licence undertakings are consistently met across the business.

Your key accountabilities will be to:

  • Support rollout of new compliance processes, procedures, and operational training.

  • Assist operational teams with driver briefings and understanding of company compliance policies.

  • Ensure that operational teams have scheduled driver CPC training and monitor compliance to ensure that drivers complete the recertification process every 5 years.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid Transport Managers CPC Qualification

  • In-depth knowledge of transport compliance regulations (O-Licence).

  • Background in Fleet Operations.

  • Experience in compliance monitoring or transport operations (desirable).

  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and advise operational teams how to implement.

Skills and experience are important, but character, positivity, and a caring attitude matter too. We welcome and celebrate diverse individuals, knowing they help us better serve our communities. We seek people who get involved, want to be part of something bigger, and make a difference because they care.
