We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Compliance and Assurance Lead to join CEHL and build a meaningful career with a stable, respected registered housing provider.

As Compliance and Assurance Lead, you play a key role in strengthening CEHL’s governance, accountability, and performance. The position is responsible for managing CEHL’s compliance, assurance and complaints management functions, ensuring frameworks are effective, contemporary, and embedded across the organisation and support a culture of transparency and continuous improvement. Working closely with senior management, the role provides high-quality reporting, advice and assurance to support effective decision-making and organisational accountability.
You will be known for your ability to embed governance and compliance frameworks in complex, multi stakeholder environments.
