We’re looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our growing team and support compliance operations across multiple markets.
This role is mainly focused on KYC processes, compliance requests, and risk prevention, working closely with both internal teams and external partners. We’re looking for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on, who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex challenges.
What you’ll do
Execute KYC processes across the different industries and markets we operate in
Respond to compliance-related requests from partners and counterparties
Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and internal compliance policies
Conduct internal reviews to identify and prevent potential compliance risks
Support internal teams with guidance on compliance and risk-related matters
Assist in improving compliance programs, procedures, and operational processes
Document compliance activities and follow up on action plans when needed
What we’re looking for
2-3 years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory, or KYC-related roles
Previous experience in fintech, payments, or technology-driven financial environments
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Advanced English skills
Portuguese is a plus
