MedPro Systems is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their Compliance Advisory Services team in Mount Arlington NJ reporting directly to the Director of Customer Success. This role is responsible for monitoring and interpreting regulatory updates related to aggregate spend and transparency reporting, translating complex regulatory language into clear actionable guidance for internal advisors and external clients. The analyst will prepare customer facing documents, support advisory engagements, and help clients navigate annual reporting seasons under frameworks including the Sunshine Act, Stark Law, PDMA, and DSCSA. This is a direct hire opportunity requiring candidates to be onsite Wednesdays and Thursdays in Mount Arlington NJ.

Life sciences or pharmaceutical compliance experience is strongly preferred. Paralegal experience or someone with a genuine passion for regulatory research and writing is an ideal fit. Candidate must be able to take complex regulatory language and translate it into clear actionable guidance for clients. Strong written communication is non negotiable as this person will be producing polished customer facing documents. Candidates with a purely QA or cybersecurity compliance experience are generally not the right fit as the focus of this role is regulatory research, writing, and advisory rather than technical compliance or information security. Possession of a reputable compliance certification is strongly preferred including but not limited to Seton Hall Law School compliance certification or SCCE Certified in Healthcare Compliance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Arlington, NJ.
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
