Ability to find, understand, interpret and apply Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the following areas: Life Plan, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing Facility communities; home health; hospice; landlord/tenant; Medicare/Medicaid; CMS Compliance and Ethics; and privacy laws required.
