At Premium Parking, we create great places to park. As a Compliance Agent, you'll play an important role in ensuring our parking facilities remain safe, organized, and accessible for everyone. Through a combination of customer service, field monitoring, and operational awareness, you'll help maintain a positive parking experience while supporting compliance with posted parking regulations.

What You'll Do
- Monitor parking facilities, streets, garages, and surface lots to ensure compliance with posted parking rules
- Issue parking invoices and accurately document vehicle and parking activity using handheld technology
- Assist guests by answering questions and providing directions, parking information, and general support
- Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, vandalism, or equipment issues
- Report unauthorized parking, operational concerns, hazards, and unusual activity
- Help ensure parking equipment, signage, and pay stations remain visible and in good condition
- Support special events, peak traffic periods, and other operational needs as assigned
- Promote a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members
What We're Looking For
- Strong judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfort using handheld devices and basic technology (training provided)
- Commitment to safety and maintaining high operational standards

QualificationsRequired
- Must be 21 years of age or older at time of hire.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable using handheld devices and basic technology (training provided).
- Ability to understand and apply parking regulations.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs throughout a shift.
- Ability to work in and around moving vehicles and active traffic areas.
Preferred
- Knowledge of local geography.
- Familiarity with traffic hazards and safety precautions.
- Previous parking, compliance, hospitality, or customer service experience.
