We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to join our frontline operational team in Basingstoke.
This is a key site-based role supporting the smooth and compliant running of fleet, facilities, and colleague administration across the CDC. You will play an important role in helping the site maintain high standards in transport compliance, health and safety, resource planning, and administrative accuracy.

What you’ll be doing
In this varied role, you will support the management team and wider operation by assisting with:
Compliance relating to Transport Operator Licence Standards
Compliance with Health and Safety and Facilities across the site
Correct and accurate reporting of activity, hours, and costs
Provision of required work equipment for colleagues
Other administrative duties as required
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning, coordinating, and communicatingplanned HGV maintenanceto support Operator Licence compliance
Maintaining an accuratemaintenance planner, including ensuring paperwork is received, filed, uploaded, and stored correctly
Planning, coordinating, communicating, and recordingtraining activitywith internal and external providers
Planning, coordinating, and communicatingplanned and reactive facilities maintenanceto support Health and Safety compliance
Reviewing, auditing, and communicatingerrors and omissions in driver paperwork and data
Reviewing, auditing, and communicatingerrors and omissions in site safety checks and data
Compiling, checking, and submittingcore and agency hoursto ensure accurate KPI reporting, payroll processing, and agency costings
Maintaining thedriver holiday plannerand processing holiday requests within agreed parameters
Supportingdriver resource planning, including schedule changes and cover for holiday, sickness, and rest days using available or agency resource
Ordering and allocatinguniform, stationery, and consumables
Conductingregular site safety and compliance checks
Supporting the management team with other administrative duties as needed
