A leading home care agency is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Administrator to ensure operational, regulatory, and documentation standards are met across the organization. This full-time, in-office role involves close coordination with multiple patient care coordinators and requires excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. No healthcare experience is required—full training will be provided—making this an excellent opportunity to grow within a mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining and updating compliance records and documentation
Tracking licenses, certifications, and other required credentials
Preparing and organizing compliance-related reports
Managing filing systems and ensuring easy retrieval of records
Serving as the first point of contact for compliance inquiries
Coordinating with patient care coordinators to maintain regulatory standards
Utilizing Microsoft Office and database systems for data management
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with database systems
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
