The Compliance & Accreditation Lead is a pivotal role within the SEEK Pass Growth function, responsible for helping SEEK Pass scale safely and credibly.
You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and lead SEEK Pass's compliance and accreditation agenda, ensuring we maintain strong trust foundations while enabling faster growth, market expansion and product innovation. As SEEK Pass grows in scale, regulatory complexity and ecosystem reach across APAC, we need stronger and more scalable risk and compliance capabilities, without losing the best of our innovative and agile strengths.
You will work closely with teams across Growth, Product, Engineering and Operations, as well as broader stakeholders in SEEK's legal, privacy, risk and compliance functions. This is a hands-on builder role — you'll be defining and executing processes in equal measure, helping teams navigate complexity, make informed decisions and move quickly with confidence.
Success here is as much about fostering commitment as it is about compliance. You will help embed a culture where everyone pro-actively thinks about risk, security and privacy — because we see security and privacy by design as central to our product and value proposition. In 12 months, you'll have built repeatable practices that meet the expectations of key partners and regulators, and strengthened the foundations that support our sustainable growth across the region.
