Lighthouse Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to join our dedicated Nights Team. We are looking for candidates who wish to join on Full time and Bank Contracts.
We provide specialist residential support for adults living with enduring and complex mental health needs, often alongside alcohol and substance misuse challenges. Our service is focused on promoting recovery, independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for every individual we support.
This role is ideally suited to candidates with previous experience supporting adults with complex mental health needs, dual diagnosis, challenging behaviours, and risk management. We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who are available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and continued progress towards their individual goals.
You will build positive and therapeutic relationships with residents, provide person-centred support, maintain accurate records, and respond professionally to situations that may arise during your shift.
At Lighthouse Care, we are committed to providing outstanding support for the people we serve and creating a positive, supportive environment for our staff. If you are an experienced Mental Health Support Worker looking for your next opportunity within a specialist service, we would love to hear from you.
Please note: Bloomcare is unable to accept applications from candidates living or working outside the UK and is not currently accepting applications requiring sponsorship.
