What you will do:

Electrical Alarm Installer must be able to configure, install, dismantle, reconstruct and programs security, fire, CCTV, network and access control systems required by the specs on a per job bases.

Conducts the most complex preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, installation and commissioning. Consults with customer on building systems to ensure satisfaction. Provides work direction to technicians, designers, and engineers.

How will you do it:

• Installs appropriate devices; dismantles and reconstructs equipment as required by customer or Johnson Controls.
• Conducts service calls as required.
• Works safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, loss of unused materials and cleans up installation debris.
• Contacts customers prior to the date of scheduled installation to verify schedule.
• Prepares estimates in accordance with prescribed instructions or directions of supervisor.
• Follows proper schematic wiring diagrams and hook-up procedures.
• Tests operation of system to the signal-receiving center to properly establish service.
• Reads building, electrical and sprinkler blueprints as required.
• Coordinates installations with police/fire departments and handles necessary records for notification of emergency calls.
• May manage installation teams on larger projects.

What you will do:

Required

• Must have mastery knowledge of commercial Intrusion systems, CCTV, Access Control Systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Must have at least three or more years' experience.
• High School Degree or equivalent. University degree, preferred. Or combination of education and experience (4 Years minimum).
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to operate fleet vehicle in a safe manner at all times.
• Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service.
• Valid driver's license.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $32.00-45.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience,

knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market

data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects
