This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, plus so much more!
We are currently looking for a Complex Care Assistant to support our client who has COPD and epilepsy. The client lives at home with her family and staff provide 1-1 support with day-to-day activities and medication administration.
She enjoys spending time with her family and watching my DVD collection. She especially likes Finding Nemo, Tangled, Noddy and Thomas and the Tank engine. She likes to watch TV and my Tablet in my room and likes support staff to help her with learning, playing and anything to stimulate and entertain her throughout the day. She also likes going to charity shops weekly.
You don’t need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion, and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training.

We’d like to take a minute to introduce ourselves. Our name is CCH Group.
We were founded in 2009 and have grown to become the largest care company in the UK. We’re pretty proud of that, as the bigger we are, the more people we can look after.
We span the UK with more than 260 sites – from the rugged highlands of Scotland to the bustling streets of greater London – and every point in between.
Our 13,000 employees deliver a whopping 1.5 million hours of care each month. Each minute, each hour of our time is dedicated to keeping someone comfortable, safe, and happy. Because that is what we do.
We are made up of 32 operating companies but have one vision: to become the best place to work in care. We firmly believe that putting our people at the heart of the company is not only the right thing to do, but will also ensure that they are in the best position to provide extraordinary care to everyone who relies on us.
