Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, ARABELLA HOSPITALITY GROUP GMBH & CO. KG The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.


In this role, you will report directly to the Market Director of Revenue Management and act as the key point of contact for all revenue management-related topics for your assigned hotels.
Your primary objective is to sustainably maximize total revenue—across both rooms and event spaces. You will oversee all relevant processes, including strategic pricing, forecasting, inventory management, as well as reporting and data-driven analysis.
Working closely with the Sales Strategy team, you will develop and implement the overall commercial strategy based on market trends, competitive landscape, demand patterns, and booking pace.
Team & Reporting
•Collaborate within an experienced complex team of currently 6 colleagues
•Direct reporting line to the Market Director of Revenue Management
•Shared responsibility for Revenue Management at The Westin Grand München & Four Points by Sheraton Munich Arabellapark
Your Responsibilities
•Oversee Revenue Management for the assigned hotels
•Maximize total hotel revenue (rooms & event spaces)
•Develop, implement, and continuously adjust pricing and commercial strategies in line with seasonal and market dynamics
•Analyze market, demand, and competitor performance and derive actionable insights
•Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts and contribute to the annual budgeting process
•Lead the weekly Sales Strategy meetings with key stakeholders
•Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of the hotel strategy
•Ensure full compliance with all Revenue Management processes, tools, and systems
•Support projects aimed at optimizing business processes and implementing new technologies
•Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and SOPs of Arabella Hospitality SE and Marriott International
- Several years of experience in Revenue Management, ideally within an international hotel environment (experience with Marriott International is an advantage)
- Degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field; alternatively, a recognized hospitality qualification combined with relevant professional experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with systems such as MARSHA, Opera PMS, and One Yield is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and a high affinity for numbers
-Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
- Good knowledge of the Munich hotel market is an advantage
