Introduction
Your decisions will shape the safety, condition and long‑term sustainability of Lewisham’s homes.
As Complex and Cyclical Repairs Manager, you’ll lead significant repairs and cyclical activity that sit beyond day‑to‑day responsive repairs but below large‑scale planned reinvestment. You’ll reduce avoidable spend through smarter, predictive planning, tackling recurring and emerging building issues before they escalate into failures.
This is a newly created role, designed to bridge an operational gap capturing complex work that falls between traditional repairs and planned programmes ensuring homes are kept safe, compliant and in good condition, while residents see timely, lasting solutions rather than repeated reactive visits.

Above all, we need a manager who is outcomes‑focused, calm under pressure and motivated by doing the right work at the right time for residents.
