Job Description

Wood delivers maintenance and turnaround services for the Ampol Lytton Refinery and is seeking an experienced Completions Work Pack Administratorfor the upcoming Shutdown.

The role of the Completions Work Pack Administrator is to perform key work pack administration and documentation coordination activities, ensuring a high quality, customer-focused service is provided to Ampol.

You will work closely with planners, supervisors, coordinators and site teams, to develop high-quality work packs that improve efficiency, and ensure safety, during shutdown delivery.

Only Brisbane-based applicants are considered at this time and must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for the role.

  • Timely processing of Work Pack and general documents, including data entry, scanning, photocopying, distributing and filing
  • Maintenance of Project Document Control databases / spreadsheets
  • Maintenance of SharePoint (Document Repository) systems
  • QA/QC checking of documents to ensure the format is to Company standards
  • Ensure that all handover documents are to Client requirements
  • Maintain accurate records in Hexagon and other systems
  • Effectively use and maintain the SAP database, assisting others to follow-up and close-out their actions
  • Ensure all work in area of control is executed safely and efficiently and is compliant with all processes and Ampol procedures and standards.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Experience in shutdown or maintenance environments
  • Previous Document control / Coordination / Administration experience in a similar role within the engineering / resources industry
  • Experience with Hexagon or similar systems, considered favourably
  • The ability to provide consistently high-quality support in the execution of routine and changing tasks and priorities, within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
  • Strong understanding of safety, risk management, and site requirement.
