The Completions Turnover Coordinator II is a mid-level role that expands on the foundational responsibilities of Coordinator I by managing database setup, training personnel on data tools, and ensuring the accuracy of turnover documentation. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring smooth project turnover processes.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage completions databases to meet project-specific requirements.
Train field personnel on database applications, tablet usage, and data entry processes.
Prepare and finalize turnover documentation, ensuring compliance with client and project standards.
Generate detailed progress reports and address data discrepancies.
Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
3-5 years of industrial construction experience with a focus on completions or turnover processes.
Proficiency with completions databases such as Co-Console, WinPCS, TOASTR, or Procore (1-2 years of hands-on experience).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam Revu
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Effective communication with field teams and project management.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with quality assurance, inspection workflows, and turnover processes.
Working knowledge of Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning inspection process
Working knowledge of the Inspection Work Package process
Former experience working with Zachry Industrial, Inc.
Bachelor’s degree in the construction field or similar relevant degree
Reporting Structure
This position usually reports to either the Field Quality Completions Manager or Supervisor Quality Completions.
