
Completions Tech Spec II - Principal Asset Owner (Seating) in GAC Savannah
Unique Skills:
Advanced knowldge of Gulfstream seating design and associated engineering and certifcation requirements. Experience designing other aircraft interior furnishings (furniture, panels, seats, etc.) and systems (water/waste, oxygen, electrical routing, etc.) using CATIA V5 in accordance with FAA certification requirements (Part 25 and 135) and company design standards. Providing engineering ownership of all seating assets. Analyze seating designs for DFMA principles own contineous improvment process. Communicate and document design changes using standard processes. Estimate scope of design to ensure accurate planning of baseline block change assignments. Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering degree strongly preferred. Aircraft design experience preferred. Act as technical focal to the design engineering organization.
