Job Description

The Completions Lead is responsible for interpreting internal or external business issues and recommending best practices. They will be tasked with solving complex Completions related problems and will work independently with minimal guidance. The Completions Lead may be responsible for leading functional teams or projects and is regarded as a specialist in Completions. As such, they must have in-depth expertise in Completions as well as broad knowledge of the Completions discipline within the LCS East Commissioning function.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess the progress of construction activities against project schedule and budget
  • Coordinate with project management teams and contractors to ensure timely and efficient execution of completion activities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams on all aspects of the completion process, including pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of completion activities

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in onshore construction and completions
  • Experience with Engineering Procurement Construction and Installation (EPCI) projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of completion systems and procedures, including pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven track record of delivering successful completion projects on time and within budget
  • Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards, such as API and ASME
  • Ability to travel frequently to project sites as required
