We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Senior Pricing Analyst This position will work in our Chicago, IL office.

About the position

As the Senior Pricing Analyst, you will lead the development and execution of pricing strategy for the Dometic Land Vehicles Segment. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and cross-functional leadership. You will act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations, partnering close with key players to drive pricing decisions that balance market competitiveness with financial performance. You will operate with a global mindset, managing pricing complexity across regions, customer segments, and product categories in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop pricing strategies that maximize profit while ensuring competitive pricing
  • Analyze customer and market trends to determine appropriate pricing
  • Together with the Product Managers and facility Pricing Managers team monitor and update pricing as needed to reflect changes in the market
  • Comfortable operating in both B2B and B2C environments; balancing growth, competitiveness, and margin performance
  • Strong knowledge of core pricing fundamentals, including value-based pricing, customer/channel segmentation, pricing governance, and price architecture/anchoring
  • Develop Power BI Pro reports and maintain pricing databases and systems
  • Develop and maintain pricing guidelines and procedures
  • Participate in pricing negotiations with customers, vendors, and suppliers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with company goals
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of costs as well as related financial information
  • Maintain and update regularly pricing history database.
  • Perform financial evaluation to assess pricing actions effectiveness.
  • Analyze financial impact of price approach in view of overall history as well as profitability of customers.

A suitable background would be a solid experience within pricing, as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of pricing experience in a corporate environment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Power BI Pro
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
