You ensure that solutions align with business needs while maximizing value, reliability, and security.
You work closely with project teams to define requirements and review designs, ensuring alignment with long-term plans. In addition, you initiate and drive projects where Corporate Real Estate (CRE) is the primary stakeholder, such as system upgrades and refurbishments. Throughout the asset lifecycle, you act as a 3rd line support expert.
The role requires balancing input from multiple stakeholders, including CRE, IT, and Security, while addressing the diverse needs of users such as production, logistics, and R&D. This makes the position both dynamic and complex.
As the Subject Matter Expert, you cover key domains such as Operational Technology (e.g. SCADA, smart grids, traffic systems), Physical Security (e.g. access control, surveillance), and OT Security.
You collaborate closely with other competence managers and stakeholders to translate policies into scalable strategies and solutions. You work with a wide range of stakeholders, including Facility Management, CRE Center of Excellence, project teams, Risk & Business Assurance, Security, internal customers, and external partners.

Who are we?
ASML is an innovation leader in the global semiconductor industry. We make machines that chipmakers use to mass produce microchips. Founded in 1984 in the Netherlands with just a handful of employees, we’ve now grown to over 40,000 employees, 143 nationalities and more than 60 locations around the world.
What do we do?
We provide chipmakers with hardware, software and services to mass produce patterns on silicon through lithography. Our lithography systems use ultraviolet light to create billions of tiny structures on silicon that together make up a microchip. We push our technology to new limits to enable our customers to create smaller, faster and more powerful chips.
Who are our people?
