Working closely with the HR Shared Service Center, you report to the Compensation & Benefits Manager and take on a strongly analytical and operational role within employment costing, salary reviews, reporting and international C&B projects.
Maintain andoptimizeemployment cost models (e.g.international costing and salary scales)
Deliveraccurateandtimelyemployment cost reporting
Provide up‑to‑date cost data and forecasts to tender,projectand risk management teams
Analyzeand update compensation benchmarks,policiesand practices across multiple countries
Support salary review cycles (scenario building, promotion calculations, management reporting)
AdviseRecruitment, HR BusinessPartnersand Country HR on compensation proposals
Develop compensation documentation,reportsand presentations
Contribute to international C&B projects such as pay transparency, mobilitybudgetand benefitsoptimization
Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within an international environment
Strong analytical mindset combined with solid financial acumen
Excellent Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
Hands‑on and operational: confident in data collection,analysisand costing
Fluent in Dutch and English
