Compensation Specialist (Senior or Lead)

Company:

The Boeing Company is seeking a Compensation Specialist (Senior or Lead) to join the team.

This position is a member of Boeing’s Variable Compensation team within the Global Compensation organization and will contribute to and lead compensation projects to support our incentive plans and annual compensation review. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to collaborate across Boeing and use out-of-the-box thinking to develop compensation programs that will attract and retain talent in our company.

This position allows the candidate to be based out of one of the following: London, UK, Amsterdam, Netherlands, Brisbane, Australia, Melbourne, Australia, Brasilia, Brazil, San Jose De Campos, Brazil.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise to consult on compensation strategy and design including incentive plans design
  • Conduct benchmarking. Analyze metrics and consult on incentive design (market comparison, cost commitment, and annual spend)
  • Responsible for partnering with other stakeholders to critically evaluate compensation programs to improve business results and recommending plan revisions
  • Participate in the design and development of annual incentive plans during Boeing’s annual compensation review

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with Human Resources and/or Compensation
  • 3+ years of experience with incentive and/or special pay program design
  • 3+ years of experience developing data analytics methods to solve complex problems

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Possess one or more of the following certifications: World at Work, SHRM, PHR, or SPHR
  • 10+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs
  • 1+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System
