Discover Your Purpose: Role Summary
As a Compensation Specialist reporting to the Compensation Lead within the Colgate Business Services (CBS) Compensation Global Team, you will manage the salary and bonus processes and the vital HR data that supports our US Global Supply Chain team. You will research solutions for transactional requests and deliver critical reports to client groups to ensure data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. By executing compliance and regulatory reporting, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our compensation structures while helping to reimagine a healthier future for all.

Your Impact: Responsibilities

  • Lead the timely execution of annual salary and bonus cycles, ensuring a high-quality client experience and adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA) expectations.
  • Manage end-to-end compensation data changes within HR systems (SAP/SuccessFactors), maintaining rigorous documentation and transaction audits.
  • Generate strategic reports and incentive plan modeling to support the Compensation Center of HR Expertise (COHRE) in making informed approval decisions.
  • Evaluate annual salary increases, market adjustments, and structure changes to ensure global alignment with corporate guidelines and policy compliance.
  • Support the implementation and management of HR technologies, including survey submissions and the optimization of compensation modules.

Skills That Make Us Smile: Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in HR, specifically within Compensation and HR analytics.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English and the relevant regional language.
  • Proven ability to assess and validate policy compliance and data accuracy identifiable from your professional background.

Brighten Your Potential: Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CCP).
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (Compensation and Variable Pay modules) and SAP.
  • Previous experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Strong alignment with LIFT principles (Leading with Purpose, Innovation, Freedom to Operate, and Teaming).
