Respond to and resolve compensation cases through ServiceNow, escalate to appropriate parties when required.
Process compensation adjustments for represented associates as outlined by their CBAs.
Administer one-time payments in accordance with compensation policies, including interim and retention agreements or other ad-hoc one-time payments.
Coordinate with and support Human Resource Technical Services (HRTS) to test and validate new or updated system configurations in support of Compensation programs and processes.
Assist with annual salary planning by compiling market data, updating tools, and preparing documentation.
Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking under the direction of a senior team member.
Conduct compensation analysis and audits, as assigned.
Participate in annual salary surveys and related benchmarking activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any course.
Work experience: 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and data manipulation in a global shared service environment (required).
Preferred
Microsoft Excel proficiency (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas for compensation analysis)
HRIS systems experience (preferably Workday)
Familiarity with compensation concepts (e.g., base pay, salary ranges, job evaluation).
Data analysis (ability to interpret and work with quantitative data).
Survey participation tools (e.g., Payfactors)
Reporting and documentation (basic knowledge of formatting and presenting data)
Understanding of labor laws and compliance basics.
