Reporting to the Vice President, Compensation, the Senior Manager US Compensation will support on all compensation related matters including job architecture, base salary, short term incentives, pay programs and related projects for the US and Mexico markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining salary structures for the US and Mexico markets for the People Business Partner and TA teams to use for recruitment and promotion

  • Partner with People Business Partners and TA on offers and bespoke benchmarking in exceptional cases and where new roles are added to the structure

  • Partner with the rest of the global compensation team on various compensation projects from planning and implementation to execution. Projects include, but are not limited to, job architecture, compensation analysis (both base salary and annual short-term incentive), survey participation, creation of salary structure, job title harmonization and reorganizations.

  • Partner with the rest of the global compensation team on execution of core processes (merit, promotions, benchmarking and pay equity) to support the US and Mexico markets in ensuring alignment and consistency.

  • Work collaboratively with the People Business Partners, Global Compensation, People Operations teams on adhoc compensation requests to support the business

  • Approve Workday compensation transaction items (promotions, transfers, compensation changes and employee data edits, where appropriate).

Who You Are

  • Strong, proven experience in compensation and/or human resources

  • Professionalism and maturity a must, ability to deal with confidential data

  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) or Google Suite

  • Experience in Workday and working with traditional and non-traditional short/long term incentive plans

  • Ability to produce detailed, accurate reports and insights that support sound decision-making

  • Curious and enthusiastic about building AI readiness into People processes

  • Strong analytical, research, problem-solving and project management skills

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills a must

  • Detail oriented, while keeping the big picture in mind

  • Ability to operate independently, thrive in a fast-paced global environment across time zones and be comfortable in the “gray zone”

  • Ability to manage competing priorities

  • Positive, “can do” attitude, team player and effective collaborator

The expected base salary range for this position is from $125,000 - $145,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
