Compensation & Sales Commission Coordinator

Reports to: Director - Total Rewards

Cartier | New York, New York

Role Overview

The Compensation and Sales Commission Coordinator will be an integral part of the Total Rewards team here at Cartier North America. This role will assist in the monthly commission processing cycle and be a key player in routine data entry and validation, data analyzations, auditing, and other commission and total rewards related processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the total rewards team in the administration of the commercial incentive compensation plan.
  • Extract data from HRIS and compensation systems to verify employee eligibility for incentive programs.
  • Perform mass and individual data uploads using templates, webforms, and import tools.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, processes, and controls of all manual processes.
  • Monitor payment reports for system integrity, troubleshooting and/or escalating any issues prior to payment disbursement.
  • Partner with IT, IT consulting vendor, HRBP, Finance, Commercial, and Boutique Management for commission, special incentives, and rewards.
  • Assist with HRIS testing, system upgrades, and data audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee compensation data.
  • Support continuous process improvement for compensation and total rewards.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience serving in an analytical capacity
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to understand where and how to look for errors in large datasets and audit checklists
  • Excel Expertise; Workday, Varicent, and Worktango experience a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality
  • HRIS systems testing and implementation experience

Expected Salary Range: $34-40/hour
