About the position:

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Compensation Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Compensation Manager – Europe Developed Markets is part of the EPDM Region. You’ll be working in a high performing team and alongside HR and business stakeholders to deliver compensation programs that support our reward philosophy, attract and retain talent, and ensure market competitiveness across the region. You will play a key role in delivering annual compensation processes, providing expert advice on pay decisions, and leading regional compensation initiatives that enhance our frameworks, tools, and governance.

In brief, you are responsible for:

  • Managing the annual merit cycle across a set of HR teams that you will support.
  • Managing the annual salary range review process for a group of countries within the EPDM region.
  • Responsible for job evaluations, using Korn Ferry Hays methodology, to assess bands for your target population.
  • Translating the global compensation strategy and embedding it in the EPDM region.
  • Conducting pay equity, market competitiveness and salary benchmarking analyses to support your group of HR stakeholders.
  • Providing compensation analyses and recommendations to HR stakeholders to ensure compensation aligns to our compensation strategy.
  • Partnering with HR stakeholders to advise on compensation, promotions, benchmarking, and pay decisions.
  • Managing compensation projects to continuously improve our tools and region frameworks.
  • Developing and maintaining EPDM region compensation documentation, toolkits and manager material.
  • This role is an individual contributor role.


Qualifications:
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU work permit (Orientation Year Visa holders are not eligible)in order to proceed for this position.

  • Strong experience in compensation and/or total rewards.
  • Experience using Korn Ferry Hays job evaluation methodology (or similar job architecture framework).
  • Experience in salary benchmarking and compensation analyses.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • 4 to 5+ years of prior compensation experience.
  • FMCG experience preferred but not required.
  • English language required.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders.
