Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of global equity compensation programs, including stock options, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and other long term incentive awards, by assisting with grants, vesting schedules, employee inquiries, and data validation.
  • Maintain accurate equity records and reports, including award status, vesting progress, and basic tax-related data as provided by vendors and internal teams.

  • Support compliance activities related to equity programs by preparing data, documentation, and reconciliations required for internal reviews and external filings under guidance from senior team members.
  • Support annual and off cycle compensation processes, including merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and equity refresh cycles.

  • Support market pricing and benchmarking efforts by participating in compensation surveys, compiling market data, and assisting with data analysis.
  • Prepare compensation reports, audits, and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy across HR systems, payroll, and compensation tools.
  • Respond to routine compensation-related inquiries from HR partners and managers, escalating complex questions as appropriate.
  • Help maintain compensation guidelines, process documentation, and internal controls.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in compensation, equity administration, HR operations, or a related analytical or administrative role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Exposure to equity compensation or corporate compensation processes is preferred
  • Experience working with data, reports, or HR systems in a structured, deadline-driven environment
