Are you passionate about data, analytics, and how companies attract, reward, and keep talent motivated? We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Intern to join our global HR team and gain hands-on experience in reward programs, HR analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
DURATION: 6 months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support compensation & benefits analysis and management across multiple countries.
· Assist in salary benchmarking, market data analysis, and compensation reviews.
· Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and business stakeholders.
· Maintain and validate compensation and employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Support annual reward processes, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and incentive programs.
· Collaborate on projects related to HR digitalization, automation, and process improvement.
· Assist in developing dashboards and reporting solutions to provide actionable workforce insights.
· Explore and leverage AI-powered tools to improve reporting efficiency and data analysis.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude and strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
· Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a strong focus on Excel.
· Interest in AI tools and technologies for data analysis, automation, and productivity.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
· Fluent English (written and spoken).
· Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.NICE TO HAVE:
· Experience with Power BI or other reporting, visualization and automation tools.
· Previous internship or academic projects involving data analysis or HR analytics.
· Interest in compensation, benefits, people analytics, or reward strategy.
·Ability to sign an internship agreement with your school/university
